In the follow-up consultation, you will get the following;

  • A detailed exercise plan to complement your meals
  • Free recipe guide
  • Education on exercise and nutrition.
  • Body Measurements (including weight, body fat index, and BMI) used to help you keep track of your progress.
  • Motivation, counselling and support.

During the consultation we will have an in-depth discussion about your health and body goals, assess your current health (which entails a full physical assessment of your basal fat index, muscle mass, ideal weight calculation, abdominal fat, health history and stress level check), as well as provide you with nutritional education depending on your dietary needs and discuss the steps needed to get to your goals.

The 4-weekly session is a followup consultation which consists of a one to one consultation to assess your progress. During the consultation, we will have an in-depth discussion about your health and body goals, assess your current progress with the meal and exercise plan, as well as an updated meal and exercise plan tailored to your needs.
